For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User": any natural or legal person who accesses the Site, whether registered or not.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, publication or use of the Content, even partial, without the prior written consent of the Owner is prohibited. Access to the Site does not grant the User any intellectual property rights over the Content.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the legislation applicable to consumer protection.
